Replacement for Damaged Products

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that products may occasionally arrive damaged during shipping or have manufacturing defects. In such cases, we offer product replacement only.

• The damage or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
• The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence
• Original packaging and tags must be intact where applicable

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Damage caused by misuse, washing incorrectly, or negligence
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that don't affect functionality
• Color variations due to different monitor displays
• Products damaged after the 7-day reporting period
• Custom or personalized items (unless manufacturing defect)

Shipping Costs

For approved replacements due to our error or manufacturing defects:

• Return shipping: We will provide a prepaid return label
• Replacement shipping: We will cover the cost of sending the replacement

If the replacement request is denied after review, any return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Once we receive your replacement request and it's approved:

• Review time: 2-3 business days
• Return processing: 3-5 business days after we receive the item
• Replacement shipping: 5-7 business days for delivery

Total process time is typically 10-15 business days from initial contact to receiving your replacement.
